The EV Mouse has a patented shape which supports your hand in an upright neutral posture that generally avoids forearm twisting. The grip is the same as an ordinary mouse, just turned sideways. The buttons are operated by the same fingers. There is virtually no re-training necessary.

A standard Horizontal mouse requires your forearm to twist, which is not its natural position.
